Personal extremadamente amable y atento. Nos sólo nos recomendaron y explicaron las mejores excursiones sino que incluso nos permitieron hacer el check-out a las 17h. El hotel está en la mejor zona de la ciudad (en el paseo marítimo, pero como nuestra habitación daba al patio interior, no se oía nada de ruido por esa parte). El hotel tiene parking privado gratuito (vigilado con cámaras).

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. We explained we only recommend the best tours and they even allowed us to check-out 17h. The hotel is in the best area of town (on the waterfront, but as our room overlooked the courtyard, we did not hear any noise from that part). The hotel has free private parking (complimentary with camera).

The breakfast is delicious and can be enjoyed in a charming interior courtyard. The location is central but with car parking and the possibility to easily find parking on the street. The room is basic but clean, with fridge (a must!). Staff very helpful in providing information. € 60 per night in July are truly well spent!

We had a planned trip to Zakynthos cancelled, and decided to travel to Sitia for a few days instead. We had no hotel booked, but found the Flisvos on the beach front. From entering and asked about room nothing other than helpfulness. We asked to see the room, escorted there, and decided it was good value.

Asked about breakfast and car parking, both were offered in the price which was discounted on request. The rooms were well appointed, quite and comfortable. There was internet access throughout the hotel, and with no charge either for air-con it was excellent. Maid service was first class. The hotel is split in two buildings, and we had room at the one furthest away from the beach, which would certainly been quieter during high-season.

Position of the hotel was excellent with plenty of sights and places to eat in a short distance. If we asked at reception for any guidance, it was given in good spirit and breakfast was a typical continental style, and plenty of choice. All round the hotel was well worth the money and excellent staff to ensure the stay was nothing other than memorable.

Room Tip: Opt for the building at the back, joined by a fine garden area, and breakfast under the pergola.

A sandy beach skirts a wide bay to the east of the town of Sitia. The main town is terraced up a hillside, overlooking the port and the beach.It has a pleasing mixture of new and fading Venetian architecture, while its attractive harbour-side promenade lined with tavernas and cafés makes for a pleasant evening stroll.Even at the height of the season the town has a relatively laid-back feel compared with the commercialism further west. It also makes a good jumping-off point for the islands of Rhodos and Karpathos
