Hello Gloria,
The easiest way is: from Heraklion airport or port - Agios Nikolaos (63km) - Ierapetra (45km) - Koutsounari village and beach (15km). It takes with a car about 2 hours.
For ferries to Heraklion port, please check www.ferries.gr or www.minoan.gr and www.anek.gr
