The bungalows are perched on a hillock thus offering the best possible view of Sitia bay and the sandy beach (just 130 metres away from the complex).

There are 3 types of bungalows all of which are air-conditioned.

Type A can accommodate 4-6 guests in 71 square metres and comprises 1 bedroom with a twin bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, a large dining and sitting-room with TV and two built-in sofa beds, a kitchen equipped with fridge, cooker, cutlery and crockery, a bathroom (with a bathtub or shower) and two balconies.

Type B can accommodate 2-4 guests in 50 square metres and comprises 1 bedroom with a twin bed, a large dining and sitting-room with TV and two built-in sofa beds, a kitchen equipped with fridge, cooker, cutlery and crockery, a bathroom (with a bathtub or shower) and two balconies.

The studio type can accommodate 2-3 guests in 29 square metres and coprises a spacious bedroom with TV, a twin bed and a built-in sofa bed, fridge, electric cooking appliance, cutlery and crockery, a bathroom (with shower) and a balcony.
