The village Askordalos or Skordalou, lies at a distance of 20 km away from the city of Hania at the feet of the White Mountains and 10 km far from Lakkoi village. It is one of the greenest villages in Crete with the oldest olive orchards in Crete and in Europe and the main income of its people comes from olive oil (tsounati variety).

The Nissi village located in a very beautiful area by Topolia , Kissamos region, was a very hilly hinterland village and 238 residents lived used to live there. The area is fertile with a lot of acres of wilderness, but also a lot of olive trees, that allow the residents cultivating the land, grazing and picking olives. make do with whatever difficulties

Asfendou is a litle mountain village after the village of Imbros and close to Askifou plateau, to the east. A small intersection ascends a concrete road up to the peak of Akones, with the telecommunication installations for connection between Crete and Africa. From here you have a view to the north, where you van see the Cretan Sea and to the south, where you see the Lybian Sea.

Alones is a small village which sees very few visitors. It nestles under the high cliffs of Krioneritis mountain which towers over it to the south-west. Is a village of Rethymno province and belongs to the municipality Lappeon. Is is situated at the foot of Kryoneritis - Agio Pmevma mountain on the one side and the Kathara and Mandali mountains on the other.
