Diskouri Monastery is near Axos, Milopotamos, between the villages Livadia and Veni by Rethimno prefecture.

The monastery can be reached easily from Tsachiana or Veni by Rethimno prefecture. It is located on a hill just above Tsachiana village.

.“Agios Georgios Gorgoeleimon” monastery is built on 480 meters altitude near Kato Asites settlement 30 kilometers from Heraklion city in Central Crete.

It’s the most well-preserved monastery in the area having suffered the times of the Turkish occupation and the Revolution.

The monastery of Arkadi (in Greek: / Moní Arkadhíou) is an Eastern Orthodox monastery, situated on a fertile plateau 14 mi (23 km) to the southeast of Rethymnon on the island of Crete (in Greece).

The Assomaton Monastery is 35km southeast of Rethimnon on the Rethimnon - Amari Valley road. Leaving the village of Thronos we continue in the direction of the small village and Monastery of Asomaton.

It is one of the biggest monasteries on Crete. Situated at a distance of 32 kilometres from the city of Heraklion and 2 km far from Metaxochori village, the monastery is dedicated to ‘Agios Georgios’ and is celebrated on 23rd of April and on 3rd of November.
