This truly unique Crete Thyme Honey is rich in the aroma and flavour of the pollen from the herb thyme collected by bees in the remote, sundrenched areas of eastern Crete.

We have grown up among olive trees. We have been taught the cultivation of the olive trees by our parents and grandparents. It is our main occupation of our family in winter time. Our groves are located on the eastern part of Crete, in Palekastro,Sitia, a region with the longest history of olive cultivation and olive oil production. We all work together with the goal of producing the highest quality extra virgin olive oil.

It is a precious gift Crete land has to offer to the world! The Crete olive oil is the basis of the Mediterranean Diet as it is considered to be the healthiest product of the Mother Nature. Greece produces more than 430,000 tons of olive oil annually, and more than 75% of that is Extra virgin olive oil, which is the best type of olive oil. The Greek olive oil is exported throughout the world.
